Return a Product

How can I return or exchange items?

To return an item, simply go to the “My Orders” section of your account, find the relevant order then click to the right on “Create a return". You can choose the items you wish to return and choose how you want to be repaid for each item:

- a credit note if you want to place another order on the site within 3 months. The credit note will be equal to the value (at the time of purchase) of the returned products.
- a refund, equal to the value (at the time of purchase) for the returned items

For orders that were delivered in France, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, the Netherlands and Austria: After your request for return made, we will send you a return sticker to stick on your package and send us. Please be sure to prepare your return package, including:

- the products you want to return, in their original packaging. Please be aware that we do not accept items which have been worn and/or without labels.
- the completed returns form (to be cut out from your delivery form).

I can’t download my returns form, how can I send back my package?

Use Chrome or Firefox to download the form, if you encounter any difficulties. Contact us at the following address: to ask us to send it to you again; alternatively, we will work together to find a solution .

I have already downloaded my returns form but I want to change the articles I’m returning.

Once the returns form has been created, it cannot be changed.

Can I return an online order made on the site to the Ysé store?

Yes. To do this, before visiting the store with your order, be sure to make a return request in the “My Orders” section of your account. In store, a credit note or a refund will be offered. Exchanges are not available.

The refund will take 4 to 8 days.

When will I be refunded?

Firstly, don’t forget to take into consideration the delivery time for your returned package: between 3-8 business days.

You will receive a message when your package has been received, confirming your refund or the issuing of a credit note. After this confirmation message:

- the refund will be made 2-3 days later
- the credit note will be available immediately, once you have received the message.

How can I use my credit voucher?

To use your voucher, all you need to do is enter the code in the “Discount codes” sidebar when checking out with your basket. The relevant discount will be added automatically.

You will find your credit notes and discount codes in the MY CREDIT NOTES AND DISCOUNT CODES section of your account.

How long is my credit voucher valid?

The credit voucher is valid for 3 months from date of issue. You can view the expiry date of the credit voucher in your client account in the “My Discount Vouchers” section.
