Delivery of orders

When will I receive my order? What are the delivery charges?

Processing times:

- Any order made Monday to Friday before 12.30pm will be processed the same day*.
- Any order made after 12.30pm, Monday to Thursday, will be processed the next day*.
- Orders made after 12.30pm on Friday until Sunday evening will be processed on the following Monday morning.

*these times may be extended by up to 10 days when a new collection is launched or when our eshop encounters IT issues.

For all other countries, you can be delivered by IMX (between € 9 and € 12 depending on the area of ​​delivery) or UPS SAVER INTERNATIONAL (20 € for Europe and 35 € for international).

-On mobile: change your country for delivery by clicking on the bottom of the menu

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free:

-Delivery is free from 150 € of purchase for France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK.
-Delivery is free from € 250 to purchase for all other countries of delivery.
-Delivery is also free for France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK when using a credit note after a return.

-If your order status is shown as “sent” : You can follow the progress of your delivery with its tracking number, available in the « carriers » section of your account (click on your order number for this section to show). Then all you need to do is enter this number on the site of the relevant delivery company :

If your package is shown as distributed / delivered but you have not received it, you should file a claim with the post office and inform us at the following address: service-client@yse-lingerie.com
